Baymed Healthcare Ltd was founded in Glasgow on July 7th, 1977 by Gordon Bayne and Eric Carrick to fill a niche in the Health and Safety market within the heavy industry in Scotland. The company has steadily expanded; from small beginnings in a main door flat and basement in the West End of Glasgow to premises in Govan and now a large warehouse in East Kilbride holding over 7,000 products in stock.

As licensed wholesale Chemists and Druggists we can supply Pharmacy Only (P), Prescription Only (POM), Controlled Drugs (CD) and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines as well as a full range of therapeutic and medical products. We supply to many prestigious National and International companies including such names as Scottish Power and BUPA, and major offshore Oil & Gas operators.

Over the last four decades, the market place has changed beyond all recognition with greater emphasis on Occupational Health and First Aid in the workplace which has meant increased pressure on purchasing departments to ensure best value and quality.
