Communication is a key element to our service, we like to take orders by email or online & over the phone. So whatever means to talk to us, you are welcome to each option. When we receive an order, we aim to despatch the same day (if order received before 4 pm) we will also email an automated tracking number, so the parcel can be traced until delivery to the customer address. We do believe in old-fashioned customer service, so if you have any questions and queries on any product, please feel free to call us. As we are Leicester based, we do a lot of Leicester deliveries within 24 hours of receiving the order and sometimes the same day. Our online platform is easy to use with full management control of orders both present & past.
